Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.
I booked a Standard Twin Room but found it lacked fresh air, as the window opened to an indoor space. The hotel provided only a small fan for cooling, inadequate for my family. We were forced to upgrade to a room with a proper window, but the added cost felt frustrating and not worth it. The corridor lighting was dim, and the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell, disappointing given the hotel's brand expectations.

We loved amazing and very good breakfasts!
The hotel was conveniently located close enough to shopping malls and wangfuqing street market, major Beijing attractions and Wangfujing, temple of heaven. And it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Pizza Hut, ate there couple of times. Our room was modern and impeccable, offered with a large variety of foods, less sunlight, as example.

The bar's cozy atmosphere made for a relaxing evening after a busy day.
The bar closes too early at 9pm, limiting evening options.

Lives up to Novotel standards
Breakfast insufficient!! Too many people and not enough seating space. Moreover, my plate and coffee was taken away from my table by hotel staff while I was up to get another croissant... Coffee machine also insufficient, and often broke as many people do not know how to use the machine.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location near major attractions and the metro. Rooms are spacious and generally clean, although some areas feel a bit dated, and the bathroom could use proper upkeep. Service varied. Sometimes attentive, but other times the staff seemed overwhelmed. A pleasant stay with potential for improvement.

Rooms are very clean and western style.Bathroom is modern with good watersuply. Breakfast buffet tastes really good. Staff speaks more or less english which is very comfortable.
Although after booking my credit card was credited, we still had to pay at the hotel. After a lot of negotiating, they agreed in not paying. That was a bad ending of a very nice stay.
